Kikenni Consulting provides long-term business development support to the Swiss-funded CoForEST project (‘Conserving Forests through sustainable, forest-based Enterprise Support in Tanzania’). CoForEST develops sustainable charcoal and timber supply from village-managed woodlands in Morogoro Region and Lindi Region, from which royalty revenues are retained by communities and re-invested in forest management and community development initiatives.
