Kikenni Consulting is a family-owned firm based in Somerset, UK dedicated to advancing sustainable development across Sub-Saharan Africa and South/Southeast Asia.

Founded by Matthew Owen, an experienced international development specialist, Kikenni provides technical support in the design, implementation and evaluation of development programmes, as well as sector strategies, policy formulation, feasibility studies and commercial due diligence.

Our work spans forestry, bioenergy and clean cooking, with assignments completed in more than 20 countries.

Kikenni’s clients include the World Bank, UK FCDO, Norad, MFA Netherlands, BMZ Germany and Swiss Development Cooperation, often through partnerships with leading consultancies such as NIRAS, Oxford Policy Management, MDF Netherlands and Practical Action.
